Introduction
When you consider the fertile period of humans is relatively
short, infact it's limited to the 24 to 36 hours after ovulation.
If 100 normal couples have frequent intercourse, 25% of the
couples will conceive the first month, 19% the second, 14% the
third, and over the remainder of the year all but four to seven
couples will conceive. Therefore if conception is not desired,
it is recommended that some method be used to prevent pregnancy.
