First
Impressions
I love vibes that are dual purpose,
and the scrunchie appeared to be that
when I opened the packaging and was
presented with a swirl of pink material.
Nestled deep within those folds was
a small bullet vibe, which was powered
by 4 watch batteries. I was kind of
impressed by the fact that this came
with 4 spare batteries, although that
always makes me wonder just how long
the first set will last. There was
only one way to find out, and without
any further ado, I made a bee line
for my lab, which today would be the
place most of us call the bathroom.
Solo
Test
Considering the size of the vibe that
nestles in the pink folds of fabric,
approx 3" in length, it packs
a pretty good punch and delivers a
good vibration. One thing that I did
notice was this was a quiet vibe,
in no small part because of the fact
it is nestled in all that fabric.
Once the water was turned on, it's
hard to imagine how anyone would be
able hear what you were up to in the
privacy of your own shower. I began
experimenting with my updated version
of a soap on a rope and am happy to
report that not only does this reach
the places other scrunchies only dare
to think of, it makes for a great
massager as well. The combination
of the water running over my body
and the scrunchie softly massaging
me made for a great teaser before
the main event as well. The other
good thing is the material dulls the
vibrations to your hand, which, as
anyone who has used a vibe before
knows, can sometimes take away from
a self-pleasuring experience. I soon
discovered this vibe offers the user
the ability of controlling the intensity
of its speed to a degree as well,
another plus. Once you're suitably
soaped up and ready to rumble as it
were, it's simple to actually direct
the vibe to the right spot by pulling
back the fabric folds. This certainly
did the trick, and the only thing
I found difficult was orgasming standing
up, as I found my knees had a tendency
to buckle. LOL
Partner
Play
Hubby and I found this was a great
foreplay toy for the shower and bath.
He enjoyed the combination of vibe
and massage almost as much as I did,
even if he did find the fact that
it was pink a little intimidating
at first. -)) Like me he found the
combination of water and vibes a great
turn-on. Although it wasn't powerful
enough to take him all the way, he
enjoyed the sensations and, well,
we took care of the rest!
What's
It Add Up To?
Overall the scrunchie passed the tests
we put it through. Its one downfall
was it appeared to eat batteries.
However, I discovered that if I took
them out after each session, it prolonged
their lives. The real downside though,
if you can call it that, is the amount
of time I found myself spending in
the shower, the powerful combination
of vibrations and water too delicious
to pass up.
This
modern-day version of the soap on
a rope also has the advantage of being
relatively easy to disguise. At a
glance it will pass as a scrunchie.
But as soon as it's picked up, it's
hard to miss the bullet vibe inside,
and the extra weight is a dead giveaway.
If
you're looking for something that
doesn't look like a vibe but can give
you pleasure at a decent price, the
scrunchie might be the toy for you.
