There
are times in this house when foreplay can
feel like a bit of a gamble and judging by
the mails we get here at Clitical this is
true elsewhere. So, when I came across a new
game that promised to help take the chance
out of foreplay and make it fun it wasn't
long before it was in my possession.
At
first glance intimate poker is simply a pack
of cards, the difference is that on the back
of each card is a set of tasks which range
in intensity depending on how much you decide
to bet.
Hubby
and I soon discovered that Intimate poker
is simplicity itself, and like many things
in life the best things are the simplest.
The premise is like that of strip poker that
my of us are familiar with but the tasks are
much more fun ranging from kissing your partners
thighs to licking nipples and everything in-between.
We
decided to try our hands at 5 card poker as
the instructions suggested and it wasn't long
before the competitive natures that exist
in this household came out to play. The biggest
plus though was unlike when we normally play
games, we were competing for a caress of the
thigh or a lick of a nipple, and as we all
know there are something's that money just
can't buy -) Even when one of us lost a hand
we were both winning and that can't be a bad
thing.
The
only real downside we found with Intimate
poker was at times the tasks became repetitive
and as we were already playing naked there
were times when we simply couldn't perform
some of the tasks. What we did find when this
happened was by changing games things became
more interesting again.
We
discovered that snap was actually really run
played with this deck. Fast and fun and requiring
very little thought. Infact we tried this
variation when we had some friends who also
live the lifestyle around and we all settled
don to play. Intimate poker turned out to
be a great icebreaker in this case.
What's
it all add Up to?
Like everything in life, sex should be fun
and intimate poker helps with that aim by
taking the gamble out of foreplay. We had
a few laughs along the way and trying to adapt
the deck to various games also proved to be
a lot of fun. We are still trying to figure
out how we could adapt the deck to play Go
Fish but we will get there in the end and
have fun doing so, we actually have some friends
trying to figure it out at the moment as well
-))
On
the downside I did think that the cards we're
a little on the pricey side for what they
are but at just under $10 they won't break
the bank and for the amount of fun we derived
from them, they weren't that expensive.
I
loved the simplicity of this game, and to
some degree the adaptability they presented.
It didn't really require any thought and non
of the tasks were so risky that even the most
conservative person could feel comfortable
performing them.
